Role: 

Accountable for overseeing and enhancing the Audit Quality Programme. The Quality Expert will manage the programme set to evaluate and report the performance of the association suditing partner. The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring the programme meets the stablished standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. Aiming for Excellence in Membership Satisfaction, with Fairness and Respect for all internal and external stakeholders.

 

Manage the Asurance Partner: operation; KPI and technical requirements

  • Responsible for maintaining process, procedure and policies up to date, accurate and relevant
  • Work closely with the Quality Coordinator in developing and implementing key area of the Quality Programme
  • Primary contact of the Audit Integrity Assurance Partner for the technical implementation of the programme, providing timely and accurate guidance, direction and support
  • Record AP's Key Performance Indicator and keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
  • Ensure the verification and validation of the programme's processes

 

Analysis of quality programme outcome and reporting

  • Analysis the programme outcome and determine area for improvement
  • Work closely with third party (AC, AP, project group) on dedicated projects to support the improvement programme
  • Investigate complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Collect and complie statistical activities

 

Quality process continuous improvement

  • Lead the work on the 18-month review process of the integrity programme
  • Integration of relevant IT technology to enhance component of the programme
  • Develop and implement quality process improvement methodology
  • Enhancement of the programme with new method, technology, process
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data

 

Develop quality strategy

  • In collaboration with the line manager, lead the Audit Quality Programme medium and long-term strategy

 

Secretariat Support

  • Fully support the local office as required specifically in relation to Membership support
  • Represent the association at agreed regional events, meetings, and conferences as appropriate

 



Your skills and experience / Profil recherché

Skills and attributes include:

  • Fluent English 
  • 5 to 7 years of experience
