We have a strong expertise in designing custom software for a wide range of clients, from private businesses and sector-specific federations to public organizations. Our expert developers have a deep understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and sustainability metrics, combined with IT expertise (SaaS, Dart, Java, UX/UI, data analysis). As a result, Quantis speaks both languages, IT and sustainability.


Today, Quantis seeks to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic Business Developer and Senior Consultant for our web solutions line of business. 




Our Business Developer/Senior Consultant will be in charge of developing new and existing accounts to deliver high quality services to our clients that need tailored IT footprinting solutions. 

For new clients, the main responsibilities will focus on managing the sales process from the beginning to the earning of the deal, in close collaboration with the Quantis consultants in the markets:

  • Identify and prioritize new market segments and opportunities for business development
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and set-up business meeting with client decision makers
  • Support the Quantis teams in the process of presenting and selling IT tailored solutions, including training on materials, participating to meetings, collaborating on proposals


For existing clients, the main responsibilities will focus on maintaining fruitful relationships to ensure client long term satisfaction

  • Proactively present new services and enhance existing relationships
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs


As an IT senior consultant, the main responsibilities will be to:

  • Participate and work on specifications projects, to formalise clients needs
  • Manage web solutions development projects, including developing the relationship with customers, formalising the specifications, organising the testing and the deployment of the solution


The Business Developer/Senior Consultant will work hand in hand with the local Sustainability Consultants in the different Quantis markets (Business Developers, Analysts, Key Account Managers, etc) in order to

  • adapt the Quantis offering to the local market
  • beneficiate from the local contact base
  • generate buy-in from the local Business developers to achieve success


The Business Developer and Senior Consultant will also work in strong coordination with the IT developers to make sure projects delivered are aligned with clients needs.

Your skills and experience / Profil recherché


The desired qualifications for the position include:

  • 5+ years professional experience and a very good track record in business development, marketing, sales and account development in a consulting services firm
  • A very good understanding of the market dynamics in environmental sustainability software and IT solutions
  • A good knowledge in sustainability metrics and in IT development, or strongly willing to develop them.
  • Capability to work at the international level, a good level in English
  • Strong leadership skills and a dynamic and enthusiastic personality aligned with Quantis’ values and spirit
